WHAT'S INCLUDED IN 1:1 ONLINE COACHING

CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGRAM

No matter where you're at in your health and fitness journey, you need a structured program if you're serious about achieving your training goals. This program will be designed specifically for you, taking into account your goals, training level, and any injuries or limitations. It will include a variety of exercises to target all muscle groups, as well as progressions and regressions to help you challenge yourself and continue improving. You'll access this through our online training platform where you can track all your results, daily habits, and body measurements and view tutorials and demonstrations on all exercises.

TECHNIQUE VIDEO ANALYSIS AND WEEKLY TRAINING FEEDBACK

You will have the opportunity to submit videos of yourself performing exercises so that your trainer can analyse your technique and give you feedback. This will help you to avoid injuries and get the most out of your workouts.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Your trainer will guide and educate you on optimising your training through nutrition. You will learn what Calories and Macros are, as well as tips on how to make delicious meals and snacks. Education on flexible dieting which is an approach to eating that allows you to enjoy your favourite foods while still reaching your fitness goals. Your trainer will teach you the basics of flexible dieting and help you create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle. 

 

IN-DEPTH WEEKLY CHECK-INS AND ONGOING SUPPORT

You will have weekly check-ins with your trainer to discuss your progress, make adjustments to your program, and answer any questions you have. You will also have access to ongoing support through the in-app messaging system, which is available every day.

 

ACCESS TO A COMMUNITY OF LIKE-MINDED WOMEN

You will be part of a community of other women who are also on a fitness journey. This community is a great source of inspiration, motivation, and support.
